Silicon steel material is a silicon alloy steel which containing1.0 ~ 4.5% silicon , and less than 0.08% carbon , with core loss and magnetic induction strength as the product magnetic guarantee value, its high permeability, low coercivity, large resistivity and other characteristics. The transformer core has the advantages of high magnetic induction, small size, light weight, saving iron core, wire, insulation and structural materials, easy assembly and transportation.
This series of products implement the national standard GB1094《Power transformer》, GB/T6451 《Three-phase oil-immersed power transformer technical parameters and requirements and GB20052 《Power transformer energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade》.
At present, this series of transformers is mainly divided into three levels according to energy efficiency levels, namely S22 primary energy efficiency (NX1), S20 secondary energy efficiency (NX2), and S13 tertiary energy efficiency (NX3).
● The transformer core adopts high magnetic orientation silicon steel with mature technology, low resignation loss, less heat, small size, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.
● The coil is mostly round or oval, the high voltage is wound with acetal enamelled wire, and the low voltage is wound with flat wire or copper foil, which increases the ability of short circuit.
● Dyn11 is designed to avoid the higher harmonics and its strong resistance to the load imbalance which significantly improved the quality of power supply.
● Vacuum oiling is adopted by the transformer to completely rule out the air bubbles of the coil and ensure the stability of insulating property.
● The oil tank adopts the structure of fully sealed corrugated tank, when the wave depth of the corrugated sheet is greater than 250mm, the corrugated sheet adopts double groove structure. During the operation of the transformer, the phenomenon of the oil level dropping and burning switch caused by the plastic deformation of the corrugated sheet is avoided, and the operation reliability of the transformer is improved.
● Transformer oil is completely seperated from the surrounding air, which will not absorb external moisture, and will not reduce insulation strength. So it can delay the aging of insulation materials, improve the service life of the product, and improve social benefits.
