The transformer can get the grid voltage transformed into the voltage required by the system or the load voltage so as to achieve the power transmission and distribution.
As an energy saving distribution equipment by new technology, amorphous alloy metals is provided with high energy efficiency mainly by using a new type of Fe - based amorphous alloy materials with excellent soft magnetic properties.
This series of transformer implement the national standards GB1094《Power transformer》and GB/T6451 《three-phase oil-immersed power transformer technical parameters and requirements》, GB/T 25446 《oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer technical parameters and requirements》 and GB20052 《Power transformer energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade》.
At present, this series of products is mainly divided into three levels according to energy efficiency levels, namely, S25 primary energy efficiency (NX1), S21 secondary energy efficiency (NX2), and S15 tertiary energy efficiency (NX3).
● Amorphous alloy is a new kind of material, which, without crystal structure, is provided with small magnetic power and high resistivity, therefore the eddy current loss is small. This kind of material can be used as the core to produce a new type of energy - saving transformer, where the no load loss is 75% or more lower than that of the current S11 type distribution transformers.
● The core is provided with a rolled core structure in the form of three - phase five – column and its cross - section is rectangular.
● The coil is rectangular and is wounded by acetal enameled wire under high pressure while by flat wire or copper coil under low pressure so as to increase the capacity of the transformer to withstand short circuit.
● Dyn11 is adopted by the transformer connection group to avoid the higher harmonics and its strong resistance to the load imbalance has significantly improved the quality of power supply.
● Vacuum oiling is adopted by the transformer, so that the air bubbles can be completely ruled out of the coil to ensure the stability of insulating property.
● The oil tank is removed and the oil tube is replaced by the finned radiator as the cooling components. The inflatable pad set on the tank top can be compressed with the expansion of the transformer oil volume. The transformer oil is isolated from the air so as to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil quality and the insulation moisture, enhancing the operational reliability and keeping the maintenance - free normal operation.
