Oil-immersed Amorphous Three-dimensional Transformer

Amorphous alloy three-dimensional rolled core transformer is a new type of high efficiency and energy saving transformer, the product combines the advantages of three-dimensional rolled core and amorphous alloy materials, compared with the traditional amorphous alloy transformer, the core three-phase magnetic circuit is symmetric, with low no-load loss and no-load current, low temperature rise, anti-short circuit ability and other advantages.

This series of transformer implement the national standards GB1094《Power transformer》and GB/T6451 《Three-phase oil-immersed power transformer technical parameters and requirements》, GB/T 25446 《Oil-immersed amorphous alloy distribution transformer technical parameters and requirements》,GB/T 25438 《Technical parameters and requirements of three-phase oil-immersed three-dimensional rolled core distribution transformer》and GB20052 《Power transformer energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade》.

At present, this series of products is mainly divided into three levels according to energy efficiency levels, namely, S25 primary energy efficiency (NX1), S21 secondary energy efficiency (NX2), and S15 tertiary energy efficiency (NX3).


Structural Features


● Amorphous alloy is a new type of material, which has no crystal structure, with small magnetizing power, high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small. Cores made of this material can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer, which no-load loss is 60% lower than the traditional transformer.


● The key component of the three-dimensional transformer is the three-dimensional rolled core, which is made of three identical dimensions of the single frame core. The cross sections of the core column and yoke of each single frame core are equal and close to semicircle, and the three core columns of the combined core are arranged in an equilateral triangle three-dimensional arrangement, which has the characteristics of stable structure, superior heat dissipation performance, low noise and strong short-circuit resistance.


● The core is a three-dimensional triangular symmetrical structure, the three phases of the magnetic circuit is independent, the magnetic circuit is shortened, and the magnetic circuit is equally distributed, so as to avoid the high resistance zone formed by the joint, and there is no distortion of the magnetic flux density at the joint. The iron core adopts integral curing technology, and the production process is generated by non-crystalline fragments.


● Coil is round, the high voltage is wound with acetal enamelled wire, the low voltage is wound with flat wire or copper foil, the transformer can withstand short circuit.


● The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to avoid the influence of high order harmonics, strong resistance to unbalanced load, and significantly improve the quality of power supply.


● The transformer uses vacuum oiling to completely remove bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.


● The oil storage tank is cancelled, and the oil pipe is replaced by a corrugated or chip radiator as the cooling component. There is an inflatable cushion above the oil tank, which can be compressed with the volume expansion of transformer oil. The transformer oil is isolated from the atmosphere, preventing and mitigating the deterioration of oil quality and insulation moisture, enhancing the reliability of operation and maintenance free in normal operation.
