Combined substation (also called European substation) is a kind of compact and complete sets of power distribution units which combines distribution transformer, HV switchgear, LV switchgear, electric energy metering equipment and reactive compensation device in one or several boxes according to fixed wring schemes..It is widely used in factories, mines, oil fields, airports, highways, residential quarters underground facilities and so on.
1.The combined substation adopts integral frame structure.Its internal is divided into three independent units including transformer. HV switchgear, LV switchgear. The base which welded with channel steel, connecting with the frame into a whole unit, is the basic components to fix the inside electrical equipment and install the anchor.
2.The transformer case is equipped with rock wool insulating layer, auto-control ventilation device, and anticorrosive surface spraying to realize thermal insulation, heat dissipation and corrosion resistance.
3.HV unit uses load switch, with complete anti-misoperation function;LV unit uses the latest molded automatic air switch, with high breaking capacity and excellent protection performance.
4.The transformer inside can use oil-immersed ones, full sealed ones or dry type.
